Job Summary

Upscale Chiropractic clinic in Eagan, located in the Vikings Lakes area is seeking a full-time chiropractic assistant. Duties include: assisting doctor with therapies, front desk duties, lead calling, and scheduling. We are growing rapidly and need a new assistant to help smoothly treat a large volume of patients. Must be an organized person, outgoing, and a people person! We practice all things health here and have a high community reputation to uphold. Must provide a resume to be considered. Responsibilities

Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing the clinic's calendar efficiently. Answer phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring excellent phone etiquette at all times. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using electronic health record system. Provide medical administrative support, including processing patient intake forms and verifying insurance information. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and maintaining confidentiality. Assist in the daily operations of the clinic, including managing office supplies and maintaining a clean environment. Support patients during their visits by answering questions and providing information about treatments and procedures. Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.

Requirements

Previous experience in a medical or chiropractic office is preferred but not required. Proficiency in medical scheduling software. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. Experience with phone systems and handling multi-line calls effectively. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills related to chiropractic care.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
