Pivotal Family Chiropractic is seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant who is self-motivated and loves to serve people with a compassionate heart. Candidates should have a strong background in customer service with a positive, open-minded attitude. Candidates should also be willing to challenge old belief patterns around health and wellness.

The right candidate will support the team with enthusiasm in patient intakes, patient evaluations, phone calls, billing, sales, execution and coordination of marketing events, and collaboration with community outreach initiatives. This individual will be responsible for multiple tasks simultaneously and be expected to deliver high-quality performance on a consistent basis.

What you'll own along with fellow CAs:



New patient intake Patient evaluations including X-rays Patient education Reception duties Billing Marketing events Sales Community outreach initiatives Incoming and outbound phone calls Control and oversee patient flow

Experience you'll need:



A high school diploma or equivalent Proficient in Google Suite Strong communication capabilities, including the ability to deescalate high intensity situations Strong process-orientation and exceptional problem-solving skills Flexibility to work in a fast pace, high energy environment Ability to quickly create solutions in high pressure situations Excellent memorization skills This position is not your typical health and wellness office!

Other Musts:



Must be comfortable working with people every day - this job is NOT remote Must be 18+ Must have your own form of transportation Must be comfortable with computers and technology Must be flexible with hours (some late evenings and weekends) Bonus: bilingual

SCHEDULE:



Available Monday through Friday - flexible hours- some morning and some evening hours Weekends required - typically 1-2 weekends/quarter Must be available to work 1-2 screening events/quarter
