Chiropractic Assistant (Full-Time)

Sota Chiropractic is a rapidly growing, family-centered chiropractic office in Medina, MN. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and outgoing Chiropractic Assistant to support our patients and help keep our office running efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to grow personally and professionally. Full training is provided--no prior chiropractic experience required.

As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our office, assisting with patient check-in, scheduling, phone communication, and general patient support. You will also help with clinical procedures such as exams, X-rays, and Insight CLA scans once trained. Additional responsibilities include processing payments, verifying insurance benefits, maintaining accurate records, and helping ensure the office remains clean, organized, and efficient.

We are looking for a positive communicator with strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and a genuine interest in health and wellness. Experience in customer service, Healthcare or administration is helpful but not required.
