Job Description

BARE Chiropractic is seeking an individual for longevity to be part of our wonderful team. We are a mission-driven office that is centered around education on natural health principles and focused on loving people through their health challenges as they heal through specific and gentle chiropractic care. All necessary training will be provided on the job. The office is located in Billings, MT. We want our practice members to find a friendly, smiling face and a helping hand when entering the office. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn.

Previous medical/chiropractic experience is not required (on-the-job training will be provided)

Responsibilities:

Take patients conditions and record them in a health history Do consultations and assess each patients with technology to assess the nervous system Educate each new patient on chiropractic Manage the flow of patients through the day making the office happy and welcoming place that runs smoothly Greet patients as soon as they arrive, assisting patients with checking in and out, collecting payments, contacting insurance, answering any questions, opening/closing duties, light cleaning of the office Answer the phone in a timely manner and schedule patients throughout the day Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all patients Communicate with insurance companies to verify benefits and other patient inquiries. Be flexible and assist with various events, screenings, health talks, dinner with the docs, when needed. Scheduling needs for these events will be provided well in advance. Training on x-rays provided Have a basic understanding of chiropractic and be able to educate others on health and wellness of chiropractic and history. Learn/memorize office scripts
Have exceptional organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and switching back and forth between tasks to best serve our practice members and team

Skills:

High school diploma required with some college or equivalent experience Must be 18+ and have your own transportation to and from work 2+ years experience as a Receptionist or Customer Service setting preferred Exceptional emotional intelligence skills and professional phone etiquette Multitasking and ability to work in a fast paced environment Critical thinking, time management skills, problem-solving skills Must be comfortable with constructive feedback from team - we are always striving to grow and improve Overachieving attitude, enhanced work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills Marketing background is a plus but not required! Will be required to travel 2x a year for conferences
Hours: Monday 8am-7:30pm (with paid and catered lunch for team training) ; Tuesday 11:30am-7:00pm; Wednesday 7:30am-7:30pm (with a one hour lunch); Thursday 8am-7:00pm (with a one hour lunch)
