Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with the intake process to ensure accurate documentation. Conduct initial patient assessments by gathering health histories and understanding their concerns to support the chiropractor's diagnosis. Assist chiropractors during examinations and treatments by preparing treatment rooms, handing over equipment, and ensuring patient comfort. Maintain clear communication with patients about procedures, post-treatment care, and answer any questions they may have. Manage appointment scheduling, follow-up reminders, and maintain organized patient records in compliance with privacy regulations. Support the clinic's daily operations by understanding medical terminology, anatomy basics, and physiology to facilitate effective patient care. Ensure the clinic environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors and staff.

Qualifications

Strong background in patient service with excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor. Basic knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to support clinical functions effectively. Experience in patient assessment or intake processes is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Ability to follow detailed instructions accurately while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Demonstrated ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.
