What You'll Do




As a Children's Home-Based Clinician, you'll provide direct services to children and families experiencing serious emotional disturbance or mental illness. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting intake assessments, pre-plans, and individualized service plans Delivering therapy and support in home and community environments Strengthening parenting skills and promoting healthy parent-child relationships Supporting families through emotional challenges and daily stressors Collaborating with schools, agencies, and community partners Participating in crisis response and Mobile Intensive Crisis Stabilization Services (ICSS) Implementing evidence-based practices aligned with person-centered planning Contributing to the Children's Diagnostic and Treatment Team



What You Bring



Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field Current Michigan licensure appropriate to your discipline Experience providing child and family mental health services preferred MI-AIMH Endorsement for Early Childhood/Infant Mental Health valued Functional computer literacy and strong communication skills Lived experience with mental illness, developmental disabilities, or substance use is valued
