Duties

Support patients through individual therapy sessions, utilizing counseling techniques. Assist in conducting comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations using ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to ensure accurate documentation of mental health conditions. Implement behavior management strategies and crisis intervention protocols to de-escalate situations effectively and ensure safety for all individuals involved. Participate in intake procedures, collecting detailed medical records and documenting patient progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

Experience in working with children, adolescents, or adults in mental health or behavioral health settings. Experience supporting patients through intake processes and documenting clinical interactions thoroughly in medical records. Excellent communication skills combined with a compassionate approach to patient support. Masters degree in counseling, LPC, LCPC, LCSW.

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
