Part-time and full-time Telehealth and/or Hybrid treatment from our Ann Arbor or your Michigan office



Compensation & Bonus Structure



$66,000 - $165,000

contractual, based on billable hours, licensure, and fee split

Higher fee split

and

bonuses

for clients treated onsite in your office

Signing bonus up to $5,000 or more

Requirements



Licensure (Michigan):



LMSW, LLP, LP, LPC, or LMFT (required)

Experience:



Minimum of 3 years post-degree outpatient behavioral health counseling with at least 50% of your caseload as a specialist treating children, teens and families


Credentialing:



Currently credentialed with

BCBSM and BCN (required)

Other panels a plus: Aetna, Medicare, Optum/United Healthcare, PHP(University of Michigan Health Care Plan), Priority Health

Specialties:



Trained in and experienced with evidence-based interventions

such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, IFS, MI, Mindfulness, Trauma-Informed Care Experience treating various populations and issues: children, adolescents, adults, seniors, couples, families, addiction, eating disorders, etc.

Telehealth Experience & Readiness:



A secure, quiet home or private office space Reliable high-speed internet A computer, tablet, or laptop with a high-quality camera and microphone Proficiency with technology and basic troubleshooting to support clients in accessing virtual care
