Duties

Provide attentive care to children, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, school aged children, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions and discipline when necessary Collaborate with parents and team members to share updates on children's progress and needs Maintain a clean, organized environment adhering to health and safety standards, including first aid procedures when required

Requirements

Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, babysitting, or nannying is highly valued Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and team members Ability to manage behavior positively while fostering a nurturing environment Passion for caring for children and supporting their growth through engaging activities and compassionate caregiving

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour
