Full time Toddler Room Teacher

Guaranteed 40 hours a week, must be on time, flexible, patient, kind, detail oriented.

4 long days of 7:30 to 4:30 with 1 short day of 7:30-12:00, Monday thru Friday, year round, clsoed major holidays

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to support the developmental and emotional needs of children in a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. This role involves creating engaging activities, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning atmosphere. The Childcare Provider will play a vital role in promoting childhood development and providing exceptional care to children under their supervision.

Responsibilities

Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to safety protocols and emergency procedures Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating environment conducive to learning and play

Experience

Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare is preferred Experience caring for infants Training or certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable
