Position:
Full-Time Childcare Provider
Pay:
Starting rate based on experience and education

$200/month stipend
with enrollment in Maine Roads to Quality (MRTQ) and completion of Health & Safety training

Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a high school diploma or GED
Must pass a fingerprint-based background check
Must enjoy working with all age groups (Infants through Pre-K)
Responsibilities
Provide attentive, compassionate childcare in a safe and nurturing environment
Engage children in age-appropriate, hands-on learning activities
Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
Follow daily routines and classroom schedules to support consistency
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's day
Utilize skills such as basic first aid and positive behavior management as needed
