Montana Kids is looking for an Early Childhood Professional to work with children ages 0-4! F/T. Annual training, and CPR/First AID are required and provided.
An Early Childhood background is preferred, but if you enjoy working hard and have a BIG heart, we will coach. Must be an outgoing, active, and fun-loving person that fosters a warm heart, kindness, and patience when working with children. Must be able to work closely with parents, the director, and with fellow team members.
Duties include providing a safe, fun, and inviting environment for the children, teaching and guiding those that you care for, having a love for the messy kid stuff, light cleaning/organization of the classroom, and transparent and thoughtful communications with onsite parents and the team of MTK teachers. Applicants must be comfortable being at floor level with the children, walking, running, jumping, being silly, singing, and being outdoors. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work with the flexibility of part-time, or someone who would enjoy a full-time career in Early Childhood Education.
