AlphaBEST: Before and After School is where adventure begins!
At AlphaBEST, our students are filled with curiosity and wonder! As their Group Leader, you'll lead them through fun learning activities, with plenty of support and training.
Location: David Douglas School District (various sites), 97220
Schedule:
No weekends! Monday-Friday;6:30am-10:00am and/or 3:00pm-6:00pm (hours may vary)Benefits

As an AlphaBEST Group Leader, you'll be trained to do the following:
Lead a group of student through exciting adventures in fitness, the arts, technology, and more! Work collaboratively with peers to ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.
Here's what you'll need:
Must have a high school diploma or GED 18+ years old 240+ documented hours of experience working with children Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by OR childcare licensing regulations Minimum 1 year experience working with school aged children in a group setting preferred.
