Early Bloomers Child Care is seeking a personable, confident, and highly skilled Center Director who believes deeply in relationship-based, play-based learning. The ideal leader is people-centered, operationally strong, and committed to maintaining a positive, professional, and high-quality environment for children, families, and staff.

What You Bring

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education Meets all WA State DCYF licensing requirements for Center Director Alignment with our philosophy of play-based learning and relationship-focused care Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, mentor, and hold staff accountable Warm, personable communication style High level of integrity and ownership; solutions-focused mindset Ability to maintain positive culture and professional standards Flexible schedule based on the needs of the center
Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of the center Support, coach, and develop teaching staff Build strong relationships with families Maintain compliance with all DCYF licensing requirements Oversee enrollment, staffing, scheduling, and classroom quality Partner with the assistant director to meet center goals Uphold Early Bloomers' values of play, learning, and relationship-based care
