Job Description

Purpose of Position:

The Child Support manager is responsible for overseeing and supervising the personnel and operations of the Child Support Unit. Duties and responsibilities of the work involve coordinating activities and programs with other county and state agencies; implementing and interpreting program regulations and enforcement activities; and to oversee the child support enforcement and paternity establishment activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School degree with post-secondary education in Business Administration, Human Services or related area; minimum 2 years of lead/supervisory experience. Completion of state sponsored training programs in child support within 6 months of hire. Valid Wisconsin driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Services, or related field; minimum of three (3) years of lead/supervisory experience. Directly related work experience in child support.

This position is a FT 40 hours per week position with a starting salary at $68,036.80-$71,926.40 per year (depending on qualifications)
