Complete initial eligibility evaluations, Individual Family Service Plans (IFSP), 6 month progress reviews, annual evaluations, exit evaluations
Write Evaluation Summary Reports and contributing information on IFSP's and participate in all required meetings pertaining to position purpose
Provide direct services utilizing the Family Training Model to promote appropriate child development
Involve parents/families in techniques and activities to facilitate appropriate child development, as per Family Training Model
Facilitate workshops, when appropriate
Complete all required reports, session notes, and all other documentation applicable to duty
Participate in staff meetings and/or professional development
Fulfill job-related responsibilities in a manner reflecting professional and ethical standards of conduct that apply to their specific profession or discipline
Perform other duties at Program Director's request
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution in a related health, human service, or education field; AND has at least one year of documented professional experience with individuals from birth to five years of age who have developmental delays and disabilities; OR at least six (6) credits in infant or early childhood development and/or special education coursework.
