Kiddie Academy of Lacey has an exciting opportunity for an energetic, optimistic, and inspiring educator to join us an Assistant Preschool Teacher.

At Kiddie Academy we strongly believe that the bonds children (and their families) create with their teachers are extremely important and crucial to their overall development. Children need consistency and stability. With that in mind we seek to hire long term employees. We are most interested in interviewing candidates whose resumes show dedication and longevity (at least 1 year) with previous employers. We are willing to train if you are willing to be committed to our children and families.

Responsibilities:

Assistants are responsible for helping the Lead Teacher with the daily planning, management, and supervision of the classroom and children. Our Teachers also ensure that all parents, children, and classroom staff concerns are appropriately addressed.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service mindset Coachable Candidates with experience and/or a degree or certificates in ECE will be a strong plus
