The Chief Inspector is responsible for overseeing all inspection activities
Key duties include:Developing and implementing comprehensive inspection programs, procedures, and schedules.
Supervising inspection teams and reviewing reports to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
Collaborating with stakeholders to evaluate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain regulatory compliance.
Implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) programs and utilizing risk assessment methodologies.
Providing technical guidance, training, and representing the company in external audits and regulatory inspections.
Continuous process improvement to enhance inspection efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas pipeline inspections, with 5+ years in a supervisory role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in inspection management software and databases.
Knowledge of relevant codes (e.g., API 1104, ASME B31.4/B31.8)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in remote locations and harsh environments
