Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards. Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items. Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep. Stock BOH inventory as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

No experience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic. Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members in English. Able to comply with Chick-fil-A's professional appearance guidelines, including no tattoos on the face, neck, or behind the ears
