Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cardiology MD/PA/NP to join our esteemed healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and demonstrate proficiency in patient care, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality care to patients with cardiovascular conditions, while also collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive treatment. We aim to provide services in one location for our SNF population.

Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations. Interpret medical imaging and utilize EHR systems for effective patient management and documentation. Collaborate with specialists in areas such as endocrinology, cardiology and pulmonology for comprehensive patient management. Provide health coaching and education to patients regarding lifestyle modifications for heart health. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.

Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD), PA or NP Board certification in Cardiology or relevant specialty is preferred. Experience with EHR systems, particularly Gehrimed and PCC is highly desirable. Familiarity with medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding, and DME is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide compassionate patient service.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $290,556.57 - $470,519.74 per year
