Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Chemical Pack Out Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role involves ensuring the accurate and efficient packaging of chemical products in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing processes, materials handling, and packaging operations, with a strong focus on safety and quality standards. Responsibilities

Operate packaging equipment to accurately pack chemical products according to specifications Ensure proper labeling, sealing, and documentation of packaged materials Handle materials using appropriate warehouse and materials handling techniques, including forklift operation if certified Assist with inventory management by tracking packaged products and reporting discrepancies Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize packing processes and reduce waste Support machining or laboratory tasks as needed to ensure product quality and consistency Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of chemicals

Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environments preferred Knowledge of lean manufacturing practices is a plus Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is desirable (certification preferred) Background in machining or working within a laboratory setting can be beneficial Prior exposure to materials handling, warehouse operations, or related fields will support success in this role
