Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of food production, from ingredient sourcing and inventory control to preparation and presentation, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage daily kitchen operations, including shift management, scheduling, and coordinating food service during busy periods.
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations by implementing proper handling procedures, sanitation practices, and HACCP protocols.
Collaborate with the Front of House/Partnership teams to plan menus for events, ensuring timely execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels meticulously to control costs while maintaining sufficient stock of ingredients and supplies.
Maintain detailed records of food production processes, inventory management, and safety inspections for accountability and continuous improvement.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, leadership development, and professional growth among staff members.
Participate in menu planning sessions to introduce seasonal offerings or specialty dishes that excite guests and enhance the restaurant's reputation.
Skills
Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining environments.
Proven supervisory experience leading kitchen teams in high-volume settings such as restaurants or catering services.
Knowledge of food industry best practices related to food safety, handling, storage, and sanitation standards.
Expertise in menu planning, food preparation techniques, and presentation skills that impress guests.
