department of our mid-size hotel and casino.

What You'll Do:



Inspire and manage the kitchen team to ensure quality and consistency in every dish. Design innovative menus that delight our guests. Oversee food cost, scheduling, and compliance with hotel standards. Collaborate with the

Sales & Banquets

team to create unforgettable events and banquets.

What We're Looking For:



Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field. 5-7 years of proven experience as

Sous Chef

or in a leadership role within the restaurant industry. Creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.

$28,000 - $32,000 annually
