Oversee food cost, scheduling, and compliance with hotel standards.
Collaborate with the
Sales & Banquets
team to create unforgettable events and banquets.
What We're Looking For:
Certificate in Culinary Arts or related field.
5-7 years of proven experience as
Sous Chef
or in a leadership role within the restaurant industry.
Creativity, organizational skills, and a passion for hospitality.
