We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to lead culinary operations in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional food experiences. Duties
Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
Oversee menu development, planning, and execution to ensure variety and quality
Supervise kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize food costs
Coordinate catering events, banquets, and special functions with attention to detail
Oversee food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality standards are met
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service
Monitor shift management to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Implement innovative culinary techniques to enhance guest experience
Experience
Proven experience in culinary roles with a strong background in fine dining or hospitality environments
Supervising experience in a fast-paced kitchen setting
Experience with banquet service, catering, or large-scale food production is preferred
Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety regulations
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
Strong background in menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations
Familiarity with food industry standards for quality control and food handling practices
Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience is highly advantageous
Skills in culinary arts including cooking techniques, food presentation, and kitchen management
