Company Description

The Catching Group is a Hospitality Management Group based in Miami, FL, and it owns and manages two full-service restaurant brands: 107 Taste and Cajun Boil. Both brands operate in several locations in the Greater Miami area.

to become an integral part of our team!

Responsibilities:

Study recipes and master the preparation of authentic Chinese dishes. Cook and present high-quality meals while maintaining consistency. Delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation. Ensure the kitchen operates according to food safety and hygiene regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area during and after shifts. Keep prep and cooking areas clean and sanitized. Comply with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen.

Qualifications:

Experience using a Chinese wok and preparing Chinese cuisine is preferred.
Willingness to learn and improve cooking skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to stand for long hours, lift heavy items, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with kitchen staff.

Basic English required; proficiency in Chinese is preferred. Humble, responsible, and dedicated to maintaining high standards.
