Duties

Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards

Oversee catering events, banquets, and large-scale food service operations
Manage shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and provide training as needed
Ensure consistent quality in all food offerings while controlling costs effectively

Qualifications
Proven experience in culinary roles with a focus on fine dining, catering, or banquet services
Supervising experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
