We are seeking a skilled and dynamic

Chef

to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive culinary expertise, and a passion for creating innovative menus. Experience in fine dining, catering, and restaurant management is highly desirable.

Duties



Lead and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service Develop and plan menus that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences Oversee food production, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and minimizing waste Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and restrictions Oversee catering events, banquets, and large-scale food service operations Manage shift schedules, monitor staff performance, and provide training as needed Ensure consistent quality in all food offerings while controlling costs effectively Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications



Proven experience in culinary roles with a focus on fine dining, catering, or banquet services Supervising experience in a high-volume kitchen environment Strong background in food production, menu planning, and kitchen management Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team Experience in inventory management and cost control strategies Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure Familiarity with hospitality industry practices including food handling, serving, bartending, and event coordination Culinary certification or degree is preferred but not required; extensive hands-on experience is essential
