Chef de Partie

What You'll Do:
Run your station with confidence, precision, and consistency.
Deliver dishes that meet Kojin's
Michelin-caliber standards
for flavor, execution, and presentation.
Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to bring new ideas to life and refine seasonal menus.
Lead by example: train, guide, and inspire junior cooks to rise to the same standard.
Take pride in immaculate mise en place, organization, and efficiency.
Uphold the
highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism
.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as a
Chef de Partie or strong Line Cook
in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment.
A technician at heart -- someone who thrives on mastering the details.
Hunger to learn, push boundaries, and refine your craft every day.
A natural leader who brings positivity, discipline, and teamwork to the kitchen.
Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a calm, focused energy.
