Chef de Partie

What You'll Do:

Run your station with confidence, precision, and consistency. Deliver dishes that meet Kojin's

Michelin-caliber standards

for flavor, execution, and presentation. Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to bring new ideas to life and refine seasonal menus. Lead by example: train, guide, and inspire junior cooks to rise to the same standard. Take pride in immaculate mise en place, organization, and efficiency. Uphold the

highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and professionalism

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a

Chef de Partie or strong Line Cook

in a fine dining or Michelin-level environment. A technician at heart -- someone who thrives on mastering the details. Hunger to learn, push boundaries, and refine your craft every day. A natural leader who brings positivity, discipline, and teamwork to the kitchen. Ability to excel under pressure while maintaining a calm, focused energy.
