About Roast & Toast:

Roast & Toast is a lively, community-centered cafe passionate about local food, quality coffee, and taking great care of both our guests and our team. We've been roasting, brewing, and evolving since 1993.

Chef Role:

We're looking for a hands-on Chef to lead our kitchen with care, creativity, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain exceptional food quality and consistency using fresh, local ingredients. Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety. Build, train, and inspire a positive, professional kitchen team that takes pride in their work. Collaborate with leadership to develop seasonal menus and manage food costs responsibly.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary & monthly performance bonus plan: $55,000 - $80,000 Paid time off IRA match
