Your Role

As Chef de Cuisine, you'll lead all

back-of-house operations

across two kitchens, ensuring excellence in both execution and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Menu creation and seasonal updates Ordering, inventory & vendor management Food costing and waste control Recruiting, training & motivating staff Maintaining food quality, safety & sanitation standards Supporting smooth kitchen to dining room communication

What You Bring

5+ years BOH restaurant experience

2+ years in chef or management role

Food safety certification (preferred) Strong leadership, organization & communication skills Calm, dependable, and detail-oriented under pressure Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule

Full-time | 5 days per week

Closed Monday & Tuesday

Service hours: Wed-Thu 4-9 PM | Fri-Sat 11:30 AM-10 PM | Sun 11:30 AM-8 PM
