We're seeking a creative, skilled, and values-driven Chef to join our culinary team and bring the Wit & Wisdom dining experience to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative kitchen environment, loves telling stories through food, and takes pride in the art of hospitality. You'll craft elevated, seasonal dishes that reflect the beauty of the mountains and the warmth of our Lodge, while working alongside a passionate team that values excellence and heart in every detail.
What You'll Do
Lead and support the execution of our five-course prix fixe dining experience at Wit & Wisdom, collaborating closely with our talented kitchen team
Partner with existing chefs to refine and elevate menus, seasonal ingredients, and presentation
Bring your creativity, consistency, and expertise to help us grow and strengthen our culinary program
Maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness throughout all kitchen operations
Assist with kitchen prep, inventory, and setup for additional Lodge dining and private events
Foster a spirit of teamwork, learning, and shared excellence--jumping in wherever needed with a "Whatever It Takes" mindset

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
