We are seeking a motivated, coachable Chef to join our team. This role is perfect for someone early in their culinary career who has a culinary degree and wants to continue learning, growing, and advancing--while getting paid and working alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

Execute all recipes exactly as written with consistency and attention to detail Work line shifts as needed and lead by example Assist, coach, and support line cooks Help manage COGS, food cost, and waste control Place food orders and assist with inventory management Assist with staff scheduling and daily kitchen operations Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and standards Collaborate weekly with TV personality and chef consultant Brian Duffy to learn systems, execution, and culinary leadership Uphold company culture, standards, and values at all times
Qualifications

Culinary degree or formal culinary training preferred Early-career chefs encouraged to apply Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to follow systems, recipes, and direction without shortcuts Willingness to work nights, weekends, and busy service shifts Passion for learning both culinary skills and kitchen management

Pay: $62,672.70 - $75,476.80 per year
