We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in classic/modern French cuisine. This is a hands-on role for a chef who leads from the line, cooks every service,consistency. background in food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen management, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
This role offers an opportunity to oversee food service activities, manage kitchen staff, and ensure adherence to food safety standards in a fast-paced setting.
Duties
Work the line during all services
Execute French cuisine with precision and consistency
Lead by example in a calm, professional kitchen
Oversee daily prep, station setup, and service execution
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Support and mentor kitchen staff during service
Assist with ordering, inventory
Skills
Minimum 5 years professional experience in French cuisine
Strong classical technique (sauces, proteins, timing, plating)
Proven ability to work the line at a high level Leadership presence without ego
Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Availability for evenings and weekends service.
