Who Should Apply?
No prior experience needed--we value a willingness to learn.
Must be 18+ and able to lift 65 lbs.
Bring a great attitude, reliability, and a sense of humor.
Your Role:
Hands-on cheesemaking: milk receiving, pasteurizer and vat operation, cheddaring, hooping, pressing, packaging and shipping. Maintain production records. Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices. Regular sanitization of production equipment Work with a fun, supportive team!
