Position Summary

The Charter Operations Representative position is committed to proactively develop and maintaining a client base for the purpose of expanding overall charter sales activities. They provide clients with accurate and timely information while multi-tasking in a team environment with minimum supervision. The posted salary ranges will default to that of your regional location and will not include any premiums. The baseline range will be as follows : $42,200 - $62,200.

Minimum Requirements

• High school or trade school diploma
• At least 2 years of experience using MS Office, including but not limited to WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK.

Main Responsibilities

• Supports sales representatives and channel partners in administrative areas such as order processing, customer quotes, sales information management, product training, and financing
• Responsibilities are within the Sales Support and Administration function as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines
• Answers inbound customer calls regarding product and service information, and identifies upselling opportunities from such calls
• Accepts orders, closes sales, maintains customer records, and completes required documentation
• Identifies and qualifies prospective customers, and records sales prospecting activity in computer-based tracking systems
• May have an assigned product line that may overlap other sales teams\' territories
• May have an individual or team sales quota and is likely to have a target earnings bonus or sales incentive opportunity
• Represents Jet Aviation as one company internally and externally with industry groups, regulatory bodies and the General Dynamics network
