We're seeking a dedicated

Charge Nurse

to lead and support our nursing team in providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents here at Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center. The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and confident in supervising staff and managing resident care needs

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily nursing operations on assigned unit Assess residents and respond to changes in condition Administer medications and treatments Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Communicate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care planning, QA, and safety initiatives

Qualifications:

Active RN or LPN license (state-required) Experience in long-term care preferred Strong leadership and communication skills

Schedule:

Full-time/Part-time, various shifts available.
