What You'll Do

As a

Charge Nurse

, you will:


Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents in accordance with facility policies and state regulations. Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality resident care. Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members. Maintain accurate documentation and follow all infection control protocols. Lead by example--fostering teamwork, accountability, and compassion on every shift.

Active GA RN License
