We are currently looking for a Charge Capture Specialist to join our Surgical Services Team!

Duties and Responsibilities

:



The SS Charge Capture Specialist provides detailed and accurate accounting of anaesthesia, operating room, specials and ASU/PACU patient charges. Educates clinical staff on need for accurate and complete documentation to ensure revenue optimization and integrity. Notifies the Director of Surgical services or appropriate manager or department with any issues which limit the ability to enter of accuracy of patient charges. Professional interacts with staff to ensure accuracy of documentation and patient charges Maintain BLS certification

Education/Licensure/Certifications/Qualifications:

Graduate from surgical tech or nursing programs with surgical experience BLS upon day of hire, and maintained while in position Must have a least 3 -5 years of related experience for this position.
