Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead the implementation of HiredScore (Workday product) within the Talent Acquisition Programs team. The role involves developing and executing change management strategies, driving adoption, and ensuring alignment across business units.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute change management plans supporting HiredScore implementation.
• Partner cross-functionally with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment.
• Manage vendor relationships and stakeholder engagement.
• Design communication and training strategies to drive adoption.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on change effectiveness.
• Serve as SME on change management within Talent Acquisition and Workday.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of change management experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with HR systems and Workday highly preferred.
• Prior client experience a plus.

Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $43.00-$45.00 per hour.
