Position Overview:

As a Chain Hooker Support daily production needs of overhead crane operation and the metal pouring crew, rigging of lifting devices and daily inspection of all lifting chains and slings.

SHIFT: 1st Shift

PAY: $23.68

Purpose Statement:

Support daily production needs of overhead crane operation and the metal pouring crew, rigging of lifting devices and daily inspection of all lifting chains and slings.

Primary Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Following production schedule to align with molds being produced Following established process instructions Setting up patterns, rigging equipment and flasks, Rigging required lifts according to production schedule Alert lead of any maintenance needs Recommend process improvements Maintain daily housekeeping in the work area other duties as assigned

Key Selection Criteria

High School Diploma/GED Excellent hand eye coordination Self-motivated and able to work independently Ability to work with others
