Searching for an innovative Librarian with solid instructional skills, a non-traditional approach to school librarianship, and the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and community members. The Librarian is responsible for planning and implementing the school library program to support the school's mission and essential learnings/instructional objectives for all students, developing high-interest programming to support student engagement in the library, and supporting technology. Candidates must display leadership in implementing and teaching 21st-century literacies, possess strong interpersonal skills, collaborate effectively and enthusiastically with fellow teachers and staff, and incorporate current technologies into library programming. The goal of our library program is to truly create a hub for our school to congregate, collaborate, and build community. We are looking for a librarian who loves to spend time with students, is motivated to learn and develop new skills that will engage students in library programming, and is flexible enough to adapt to our school community's changing needs and interests.



This position is subject to a veterans preference.
