Dates of Coverage:

• 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, 10AM-6PM
• January 6-12 & 20-26, February 3-16 & 24-March 31
• Weekend Call: Saturday 6:30am - 6:30am Or Friday 5pm - 6:30am/Sunday 6:30 - 6:30

Assignment Details #106166:

• NBCRNA certification required
• Active Iowa license or IMLC is required
• BLS & ACLS certification is required
• Clean record required for quick creds
• COVID vaccine is required
• Types of Cases: OB, General Surgery, GI, Bariatric, Urology, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, some ENT
• Level 3 trauma center with physician backup
• EMR: Cerner
