Certified Pilates Instructor Early Am/weekends
Job Description
We are looking for a passionate candidate with availability for 6am classes and/or weekend availability.
Competitive compensation:
$45-$55
for a consistent candidate will consider additional bonus for early am classes
Instructors with less than 1 year experience $35-$45
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pilates classes for group reformer classes
- Cater to participants of varying ages and fitness levels.
- Educate clients on proper body mechanics and form during exercises
- Develop personalized modifications to accommodate individual needs.
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment
-Motivate and inspire participants to achieve their fitness goals in an inclusive and supportive environment
Requirements:
- Certification in Reformer Pilates
- Ability to adapt exercises for different fitness levels and ages
- Ability to educate and motivate clients effectively
- Knowledge of program design tailored to individual needs
