Job Overview

We are seeking a Certified Phlebotomist on a PRN - "As Needed" basis to collect blood in our specialty medical practice.

In this vital role, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples with precision and care, ensuring accurate results and patient safety. Your expertise in blood draw procedures will make a meaningful difference in patients' health journeys.

Responsibilities

Perform venipuncture to collect blood samples efficiently and safely, adhering to aseptic techniques. Obtain vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates to assist in patient assessments. Follow strict laboratory procedures and safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure specimen integrity.

Requirements

Certification as a Phlebotomist from an accredited program is mandatory. Prior clinical experience or hospital experience is highly preferred. Hands-on experience performing venipuncture, blood sampling, and specimen collection/processing. Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced healthcare environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 - 2 per week
