Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team. As a Certified Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in assisting pharmacists in providing quality patient care and ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications. Your expertise and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our pharmacy operations.

Duties:
- Prepare and package medications for dispensing under the supervision of a pharmacist
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medication profiles and insurance information
- Assist in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking medications and supplies
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate medication therapy for patients
- Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and pharmacy policies and procedures
- Utilize knowledge of medication administration techniques, including inhalation and IV infusion
- Demonstrate proficiency in aseptic technique when preparing sterile products
- Perform calculations for medication dosages accurately

Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a pharmacy technician training program preferred
- Current certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician in a retail setting. RETAIL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology, drug names, and drug classifications
- Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems and software applications

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
