Are you passionate about helping individuals maintain stable housing, build independence, and thrive in their communities? Join our team as a Housing Support Case Manager - Certified Peer Specialist (CPS) and use your lived experience to provide compassionate, hands-on support to adults in permanent subsidized housing.



What You'll Do:



Help individuals secure and maintain stable housing Assist with housing applications, leasing, and move-in support Conduct safety & wellness checks and provide crisis intervention as needed Offer case management, skills training, and recovery-focused support Act as the first point of contact for landlords/property owners Connect clients with mental health, substance use, and community resources Maintain detailed, timely documentation and participate in team meetings

What You Bring:



High School Diploma or GED Certified Peer Specialist (CPS-MH or CPS-AD) or ability to obtain within 12 months Lived experience with mental health or addiction recovery 1+ year of experience in behavioral health, case management, or advocacy preferred Strong interpersonal, organizational, and technology skills Reliable transportation & valid GA driver's license
