Job Description
At Redwood Terrace in Escondido:
Our Certified Nursing Assistants actively incorporate our \xe2\x80\x9cPhilosophy for Person-Directed Care.\xe2\x80\x9d You would develop awareness of residents\xe2\x80\x99 interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Shifts Available: (1) AM Shift 7 AM- 3PM
- Schedules rotation typically 4 days on, 2 days (part-time schedule varies)
- Pay range is: $16.00-$23.00/hr. depending on experience
- Shift differential for PM, NOC and all Weekend shifts
- Shift differential for extra shifts picked up
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
