What You'll Do:



Prepare and maintain an intentional, child-led Montessori classroom for ages 3-5 Observe and guide each child's development with warmth, curiosity, and purpose Use Montessori principles and authentic materials to foster independence and lifelong learning Partner with co-teachers and families to support every child's growth and success Model and uphold our core values: Safe, Kind, Mindful, Play, Discovery, Innovation, and Loving Relationships




What You Bring:



Montessori certification is preferred but not required We accept training from NAMC, AMS, AMI, or MACTE-accredited programs 2 years or more Experience working with children ages 0-5 in a licensed early childhood setting A growth mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for child-centered education Ability to manage a classroom environment with consistency, compassion, and intention CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
