Responsibilities
Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend appropriate styles.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Provide additional beauty services as needed, including makeup application and body waxing.
Engage in retail sales by recommending beauty products that complement the services provided.
Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling, client management, and inventory tracking.
Upsell additional services or products to enhance the client experience and boost salon revenue.
Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients, answering inquiries, and managing payments.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve skills and service offerings.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Eyelash Specialist or in a related beauty field is preferred.
Proficiency in hair styling, makeup application, body waxing, and barbering is a plus.
Familiarity with salon software systems to manage appointments and client records effectively.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to perform product demonstrations effectively to educate clients on product benefits.
A proactive approach to upselling services and products while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
