The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients' natural beauty through expert eyelash extension application, along with a strong background in esthetics and customer service. Responsibilities
Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and client satisfaction.
Assist clients in selecting suitable lash styles and treatments based on their preferences and facial features.
Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization of all tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations.
Manage appointment scheduling using our software to ensure efficient flow of clients.
Promote retail sales of skincare items through effective upselling techniques.
Engage with clients via social media management to promote services, share updates, and build brand loyalty.
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in eyelash extensions, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and other advanced cosmetic procedures.
Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries professionally.
Support front desk operations including check-in/check-out processes and product demos.
Skills
Proven experience in eyelash extension application .
Strong management skills to handle appointments, retail sales, and client relationships effectively.
Familiarity with our spa software
Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products while providing top-tier customer service.
Knowledge of sanitation protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Experience in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
Skills in upselling products or additional treatments to enhance client satisfaction and spa revenue.
