Job Overview

We are seeking several caring, compassionate and reliable Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). You will play a crucial role in assisting clients with personal care services, ensuring their overall well-being, and support their independence. Flexible schedules, part- and full-time is available.

Qualifications

Active CHHA certification in NJ CPR Certification Ability to pass background check Valid photo ID or Driver's License 1-Step PPD within the last year A commitment to providing compassionate and supportive care is essential for success in this role. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation & auto insurance (preferred)

Responsibilities

Follow the care plan Provide companionship Assist with ADL & IADL Light housekeeping Meal preparation Shopping/errands Transportation to appointments and activities Laundry and linen changes Home safety checks (removing trip hazards) Report client behavioral or physical changes Medication reminders Maintain log of activities Communicate with supervisor Attend orientation, training and staff meetings (paid)
